 2. Prices: All prices are shown in Norwegian kroner and include VAT.

In the shopping basket you see the total price including all taxes. 

 

 3.1 Payment: Payment takes place at the selected payment method at the till. The payment method has been provided

ofBambora and we offer card payment, Vipps payment and invoice/partial payment.  

 

 3.2.3 Price: An invoice fee may be added to an invoice with 14 days due. 

 For partial payment, a monthly fee of NOK 39 and an interest rate of 21% accrues. Partial payment is normally offered

over 3, 6, 12 or 24 months specified according to the purchase price. 

 

 4. Shipping: A shipping cost of NOK 80 will be added to all orders

4.0 Return: When returning, you send the item back to Mama Jules AS, Elgfaret 35, 1415 oppegård. When the return has been received, we will refund the amount + shipping

 4.2 Deliveries: All orders are pre-ordered and delivered within 6-8 weeks

 4.3 Damaged goods and right of complaint: When you receive your order, it is important to check

the goods for damageor error. Should the item be damaged or destroyed, you can contact 

 us for further instructions. You have a two-year right of complaint in accordance with Norwegian law. 

 5. Right of withdrawal: As a customer, you have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after you have received the goods.

The right of withdrawal can only be used if the item can be returned in its original packaging, and is essentially unchanged. You have the right to open the package and try the product, but it must not be used beyond that. When you make use of the right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping yourself 

 If you exercise your right to cancel your purchase, we will refund the full amount of the goods as soon as possible, or within 30 days from the date we received the goods. See also the Consumer Council or the Distance Selling Act. 

 

 6. Privacy, security and personal data: In connection with the order, you agree that we store and use your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all   communication we have with you via e-mail, in order to be able to offer the service you expect from us. We will not share your personal information with third parties.

 9.1 Force majeure: Special circumstances that are not under human control such as   war, extensive labor conflict, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious infection which prevents the parties from fulfilling their obligations can release a party from the obligations. Such an exception applies on the condition that the operation cannot be carried out during these   the conditions. The other party must be immediately notified of the circumstances when using   this provision 

 

 9.2 Change of contract: After you as a customer have made a purchase, we do not have the right to change the terms of the purchase in question unless otherwise agreed
